The first workshop in the series is titled:
“You’ve Started Your Law Practice: Now What Do You Do?”
A practical how-to training on getting and keeping clients, setting fees, deciding whether or not to take a client, and learning other skills they didn’t teach you in law school (or your prior firm).

In this first 2-hour workshop, you will learn:
• The 5 steps to getting and keeping enough clients to make your practice profitable
• 4 tips on setting fees that are both reasonable for the client and enable you to earn a living
• 3 tips in deciding which clients to take, refer, or serve as co-counsel
• Other practical tips on growing your business and developing your professional skills

Profile: The workshops will be led by Kenneth Reich, a seasoned practicing attorney with over 30 years of experience growing a successful private practice as well as experience in mentoring and providing career advice to lawyers and other professionals. Mr Reich has made numerous presentations on the subject of the practice of law through the Boston Bar Association to lawyers and law students.
